ABOUT GUY
Guy McCrary is President and Chief Executive Officer of Permian Basin Area Foundation. He also serves as Executive Vice President of West Texas Heritage Holdings, Inc., a supporting organization of the Foundation that facilitates gifts of real estate and other alternative assets.Guy is an Eagle Scout. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M, where he marched with the Aggie Band, and was recognized as a Distinguished Military Graduate. He earned a master’s degree in business, and after active-duty service in the Army, worked in banking, business consulting, real estate, local government, and oil and gas. He joined the Foundation in 2001.
In his spare time, Guy enjoys traveling with Jane, his wife of nearly 40 years, upland bird hunts, and jamming with his band Insufficient Funds.
