The Foundation completed 35 years of grantmaking at the end of 2024.
Midland, Texas (May 19, 2025) – Permian Basin Area Foundation has launched new branding, featuring a modern yucca plant and six new brand colors. The website has also been updated to reflect these changes as well as reorganized for better user experience.
Much like the previous mesquite tree, the yucca is native to West Texas and known for its ability to thrive. PBAF and the yucca also share traits such as endurance, adaptability and longevity. The new color pallet is a nod to the West Texas terrain and one-of-a-kind sunsets.
“It is an exciting time at Permian Basin Area Foundation,” stated Jennifer Steadman, Chief Operating Officer. “We are proud to share our new logo with the communities we serve. Through a new look and renewed energy, we will continue serving donors and nonprofit organizations in West Texas.”
The Foundation celebrated 35 years of grantmaking and service to donors with the close of the 2024 fiscal year. Since inception the Foundation has awarded more than $114 million in grants and scholarships with total assets reaching $328 million. The Foundation is honored to steward donors’ philanthropic dollars and charitable legacies.
